Hi! My name is Alan and I am an A+ certified Computer Repair Technician through ComTia ( http://certification.comptia.org/getCertified/certifications/a.aspx). I started this business in May of 2008 with over 20 years of experience and have enjoyed providing many hours of successful customer support!

I am a one person operation working to provide Personal and Small Business, professional and affordable computer onsite support services.

My services include personal in home and small business on site laptop and desktop computer repairs, upgrades, virus removal, tuneups, printer problems, consults and tutoring. I also build desktop computers to your specifications and setup, create, and troubleshoot DSL, ethernet cable and wireless routers and networks.

If your PC is running slow and sluggish, it may not be a virus, but whatever the problem is, it can be fixed!

If your PC is over 8 years old, it probably wouldn't be worth fixing. It would probably be less expensive to purchase a new one. Give me a call and I can give you a free consult over the phone.

My fee is $50 for a house call which covers the first hour, includes pickup and delivery if required, then charges are billed in 1/4 hour increments. I have a maximum charge of 4 hours per PC, even if it should take me more time to make it right.

I believe that every customer deserves a fair shake along with top quality service at a fair price!

Remember, If I can't provide a solution for your Computer, Networking or Printing problems, then there is no Charge!
